We not consider ourselves a restaurant but providers of good, tasty, healthy farm food, home-grown and home-cooked:
pork, salami, sausages, bacon, liver mortadella, fresh and seasoned goat cheese, fruit tarts.
All of theme for sale, vacuum-packed for sending by post.
We also make and sell apple juice, apple vinegar, essence in oil of arnica, hypericum, lavender, calendula, rosemary beech, honey.
For anyone who interested we also run daily classes in goat farming, cheese making and a 3-days course in the preparation of salami, bacon, sausages.
Wood-chopping and wood gathering volunteers are welcome. |

La maggior parte di ciò che mettiamo in tavola è prodotto in fattoria.
